Works!
I use the product at night to get me to a restful sleep. I often lay down and “fight” going to sleep. This product relaxes me.

Syrupy Sweet, didn't help with sleep
I've taken the Guava Leaf extract both on its own as well as diluted with hot water before bed. After my first dose, I felt like it was too syrupy to take by itself, as the sweet taste is overwhelming. I've also added it to decaf tea as well as to plain hot water to drink before I go to bed; however, I have not noticed any changes in my sleep; I've tried this with and without taking melatonin at night, and did not feel that it helped me get a better night's rest.I do like that it's USDA certified organic and made in the USA from organically sourced, non-GMO guava leaf. The webpage claims include the liquid extract being "a powerhouse of nutrients, providing fiber, energy, and vitamins, like vitamin A, C and numerous members of the B-complex group," so I can appreciate all the other health benefits it does give. Still, with it's too sweet taste, this is just not a product I'll buy again.

Antioxidant Supplement
This was a good way to try and increase my antioxidant intake. Flavor is good - mix it into a drink.

Good quality but...
This seems like a high quality supplement. It's certified organic and kosher. It even uses purified water (according to the label). A lot of supplements that have water, will just say "water." So you don't even know what kind of water they are using. The water could very well have flouride or other unhealthy/questionable things. So I appreciate the distinction of labeling it as containing purified water. But unfortunately, this tastes awful. I have eaten quava pastries before so I thought I would like this but it's a very, very strong taste. I hate it. I can't imagine taking a whole tablespoon 3 times a day like the label recommends. Also, this supplement is suppose to be good for sleep. So I would think you shouldn't take it during the day as it would make you tired. So how can you take it 3 times a day? I can't speak to it's sleeping benefits because I don't have trouble sleeping. I am taking it due to hair loss. So this will probably take at least a month or more to truly see a reduction in hair loss. I will have to update my review in a month. I do think this is a good company and a high quality supplement (based on the label). Just wish it tasted better.

Pretty good stuff
I could do without the flavor of this, however everybody is unique, so you might like it. I attempted it in squeezed apple and it wasn't terrible in any way. I took it just two times everyday, night and morning, and I can't say it helped my hair, yet I could have felt somewhat more refreshed around evening time. It is difficult to say in the event that the guava remove was answerable for the change or not, yet when I halted it, I had somewhat more trouble with dozing. I wouldn't by and by arrange this once more, since I didn't think that it is altogether useful.
