used these through 3 Ironman races, great product and stopped my gut issues I used to get in previous endurance races.

the gels are super nice and very high quality hence the 5 stars, but please be aware. . . when you order a pack of 3...it really is just 3 gels...I assumed looking at the image of 3 gels, that 'pack of 3' meant 3 packs of 3 gels. . .suffice to say paying £12 (incl postage) for 3 gels is a bit steep.

These are my go to. Tastes great and works well. Easy to open and storage well. Buying this pack is value for money and lasts well.While running these help energy levels stay level and the taste and texture is easy to digest.
