Really Comfortable
7lb plates held firmly in place. Use this vest for getting extra work in while snowshoeing. Can’t beat it.

Excellent quality
This is by far the best weight vest I’ve used as it super padded and quality stitching and plenty of support for 30-40lbs of extra weights without cutting into your shoulders. The Velcro support and adjustments are simple and easy to use and don’t get in the way while working out.

Love/Hate Relationship
This thing is evil but it hurts so good. I got 2 10lb weights to go inside (THE VEST DOES NOT COME WITH WEIGHT PLATES), and it elevates my workouts like nothing else. The vest fits well and I can make it snug for a tight fit. It is well made and the stitching is strong (needed for supporting weight). I have been looking for the right vest for a long time and I love it.
