These pillows seemed rather firm at first so found them a little uncomfortable. After having them a few weeks now, they have really softened up, so now use 2 pillows in 1 case. Plumpness didn't last very long, but they are comfortable

Worst pillow I ever had there lump and horrible to lay on after only few days the lumps got worse soft if you want to lay on uncomfortable lumps clumps of sponge. I Don not recommend buy these even if youYou think the price is good stay away !

All products great except for fleecs as lining on pockets were torn

I was offered a refund but had to pay return postage but then the supplier got in touch so I could return postage paid via email link, but this never worked and in the end I just gave up. The pillows are misshapen to the point of ugly and lumpy so steer well clear.
