**Q: Will this clip scratch a wood or metal table?**
A: No Specially designed and tested, the clip pads on each end protect surfaces. They are clear, sturdy and will grip well but will not scratch.

**Q: how much weight will this hold?**
A: The Clipa2 (which are made in China only hold up to 33 pounds). The Original Clipa were made in the USA and held up to 45 pound's & would last for 10 years.

**Q: How many come with an order?**
A: As of February 2020 (my recent order) you receive one (1) per order, not two.  The name "Clipa 2" might be a version 2, or something else, but it does not indicate the number of items you receive per order.

**Q: how much weight will this hold?**
A: Handbags, totes, shopping bags and backpacks up to 33 lbs (15 kg)
