Great compact kit. The gold colour of the tools is not brash so kit looks and feels expensive. I have very strong hard nails "especially on my feet" and the scissors in this kit were strong and sharp and made it "very easy" to trim my toe nails. Normally I would have to soak my feet for at least twenty minutes to cut through the short nails.This kit will make a great gift as it is practical, beautiful and well made.

My previous manicure set was over thirty years old.Has been brilliant but most of the items were not working properly.Decided to purchase a new set.Everything works brilliantly.I only wished that I would have been able to purchase a combined sewing and nail kit as my previous one was.Never the less this one is brilliant

The order came next day as advertised (Prime) and was of good quality. There is a item identifier pamphlet in nicely slotted into a clear pocket on the outside of the box packaging. Very useful if you are a guy trying to figure out what is what! The case I chose was plain black, which for me has a nice masculine feel. It's a little larger than a wallet, smaller (but not in depth) than a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. So its a good travel pack.I'm yet to give it a proper road test (tried on only one nail as a test), but I like the quality of the product.

I bought this a few months ago, and specificially wanted to give it a couple of months of use before reviewing it. Overall, this little set is brilliant and highly recommended - for yourself, or as a gift. The scissors, clippers, tweezers and file are high quality, well built and certainly don't seem like they could be damaged without a fair amount of effort! My major complaint is the plastic 'nail cleaner' - this is made from very cheap plastic, which will no doubt break very soon, and it really brings down the value of the set. The zip case is very nice, quite masculine and is perfect in my weekend bag. The set comes well packaged, though to call the Three Swords branded box an "attractive gift box" is a little bit cheeky.

This morning I was very happy to receive this pretty little set. Unfortunately I had to return it the same day.Bought it because I loved the red implements. On first try the red paint started chipping off on both nail clippers, due to normal fulcrum action. I really wish that the manufacturer limited the red coating to avoid the fulcrum point.It is a very smart set, with the right manicure tools.Edit: Due to the efficient customer service I have changed the rating from three stars to five. Moreover, I am ordering the set again.Thank you Three Swords.

If you're looking for decent scissors, these are really good. I bought this set for my daughter who travels a lot. It's small, but perfect. The metal is shiny and I got the chequered case, which is of excellent quality. Definitely a lovely gift. The packaging was perfect and the set was untouched.

A very neat kit containing everything a man could want for personal nail grooming. I checked each tool on receipt (having noted other feedback) and found everything to be perfect. The clippers and scissors are very sharp and the sapphire nail file provides the perfect final touch to smooth off any remaining roughness. The case seems strong enough and looks good. This is the first time I have had any nail grooming kit other than basic nail clippers and so far, I'm pleased that I got value for money.

I have purchased this set as a christmas gift for a male relative. My first impressions on inspection of the set are very good indeed it looks to be made of quality materials and I am very pleased with the appearance of the whole set, including the case which is of a handy size for carrying around in hand luggage on holidays or for everyday grooming care. I am more than happy to give this as a gift.
