I purchased two 25” drawers. They are in good condition and very well packaged. The installation instructions and template are very clear. My base cabinet is a framed design made by Wellborn. However, I had to re-drill the left side rail mounting holes to move them further back (1/8”) otherwise the frame mounted cabinet door would hit the face of the drawer. Not a biggie but when you go to the trouble to make a heavy card stock template, adequate drawer setback should be provided. I have installed and rebuilt lots of cabinet drawers that had the soft close feature. Soft close should grab the momentum of the closing drawer in the last few inches and slowly bring in the drawer to a rest in the fully closed position. My Lovmor drawers are never going to close like that. After setting for best adjustment, my Lovmor rails are not as smooth as a nice kitchen cabinet. The mechanical device at the back of the rail does catch the drawer and slow it down. It is nice that my drawer will never slam. But I have to help it close the last 3/4”. If I don’t close the drawer fully, the cupboard doors will not close. I might buy again although a more expensive option may provide a more satisfactory closing motion than the Lovmor.

Prompt shipping, sturdy packaging, good quality pull out shelving. Installation went smoothly, looks and operates, very well. Pantry is much easier to find things now.

There would have been so much unused room on the sides of the cabinet after installed that I’d have been disappointed. Returned them.
