Subscribe and Save problem
What happens when you subscribe to save on cocoa nibs but get sacha inchi time and again? Well, you enjoy the sacha inchi but really needed the cocoa nibs. Ordering the nibs one at a time is no problem, but subscribing is wonky.

Eriyrithtol toxic
I purchased these by mistake after reading the words ketoI was trying to order unsweetened. These are really sweet with what seems to be a toxic substance and definitely acts as an excitotoxin . Also the company does not ship April through October and so its just a disappointing event all around. I hope I can find the truly unsweetened product somewhere. Living in a rural area amazon is helpful but I cannot get the product I want

Organic cadmium?
I love the aroma of chocolate when opening the package. The wafers vary in size and about the right size for each bite. Many of them were unfortunately broken.I did not like the dull-looking wafers not just in looks but in initial feel in the mouth. These look like cooking chocolate appetizing for snacking. Snacking chocolate should have shiny look which has a nicer feel to the tongue. It is only slightly sweetened and I would have preferred a tiny bit more sweetness. It is nice that packaging pouch was made from plant material. It is resealable. There is a warning notice about eating this can expose you to chemicals including cadmium. Organic is good, but I don't want cancer.

Mediocre flavor & texture & a very small amount
These are definitely baking chocolate disks as opposed to eating chocolate....and I say that even as someone who eats 92% dark chocolate for fun. I like a good, smooth unsweetened chocolate and don't have a sweet tooth. These, however, are a bit too bitter and astringent to really savor as a treat. They are much better melted or incorporated into desserts due to their waxy texture and flavor. The problem with these being in the baking chocolate category is that the bag is way too small to be practical for baking. You get a palm-sized handful of disks in a 2 ounce bag and given the price, packaging, and shipping.....that seems rather silly to me.I like that the ingredients are simple. There are no added flavors and only 4 ingredients: organic chocolate mass (which is the cocoa and cocoa butter before separation), erythritol (non-caloric natural sweetener), monk fruit, and salt.I would buy these if they were more reasonably priced for the amount you get but at this time, there are other companies that produce sugar free chocolate with almost identical ingredients that are just superior in taste, texture, and price.

Good, but not special enough for the price
The media could not be loaded. As soon as I got these Imlak'esh cacao wafers, I dove right in. I’m a chocolate fanatic, so I just ate a few straight out of the bag. They’re sweetened with monk fruit, but also with erythritol. According to the label, there is actually more erythritol than monk fruit juice. I didn’t taste the ultra sweetness of the erythritol that I usually do, though, so that’s a plus in their favor. As a matter of fact, they don’t taste sweet at all. That’s what I expect of 70% dark chocolate and that’s what I got. They’re surprisingly smooth, not bitter, compared to other (baking) dark chocolate. They are thin little discs about the size of a dime/quarter, so if I use them in baking I’ll have to chop them up into smaller pieces. Mine arrived pretty intact with just a few broken pieces. I would not order these in hot weather…but I wouldn’t order any mail order chocolate in hot weather. The price is way too high for a little 2.25 oounce bag, for me. If I was really worried about sugar, maybe. But I don’t intend on eating a whole bag at a time so sugar isn’t a concern for me with these.
