Q: Will this work on a Brother LB7000 machine?

I don't know. I use mine on my Dreamweaver 6200

Q: Will this work on baby lock destiny 2?

If it works in the Ekegante it should work on the Destiny.

Q: Will this work on my Baby lock Ellegante3 ?

Yes but be careful where you place the magnets as I have had the magnets get in the way and caused problems with the design.

Q: How strong are the magnets?

These magnets will pinch fingers! I used my 5 X 7 (4 X 4) yesterday. I will say since I have 2 sizes, I use the magnets from both hoops just for extra security.
