Also, you will shorten the length of the rope, depending on the diameter of the tree. I tried using a 25 lb kettlebell & the rope is ragdolling it.** A: Either an anchor tie on the stationary bike, or a support pole in the basement. I have a wall anchor but haven’t installed it yet. Should work in a stud though. **Q: Is the whole rope 30 feet or when there is a "U" shape, it is 30 feet on each side, or is it 15 feet when in a "U" shape?** A: The entire rope is 30' long, so when you fold and attach it, you have 15' for each hand.
