Not working correctly
I’ve bought 3 of this particular item in the last month 2 work 100% but 1 has a mind of its own ! I would say not to buy it because of my personal experience on here with Amazon for the return policy and the time & wait even after postal service proof that they have it 18 days back ! But they still refuse the refund even with it going back in its own Amazon label & I paid for tracking for proof. You will go some terrible customer service and long ordeal !

Bought as and was really pleased with it.
I bought this for a friend as a gift and she loves it. Its easy to use and she loves the different colours it phases through. She was pleased that the water lasted longer than expected too. So I was really pleased that my friend was thrilled with her gift.

Verry good
The media could not be loaded. I'm surprised how relaxing a few diodes can be. I received it today and I think it is taking on a fire-like comfort in the room. unfortunately the oil I ordered is disgusting, but with a good aromatic oil I think it will be quite good. I strongly recommend it

Works well and looks beautiful
works well when you can get the lid off to put water and scent into the container! We have had to use a knife to prise it open and if any water left in the container it spills ! Once over this hang up it looks and smells lovely and brightens up any room !

Looks nice works very well, still going strong
This diffuser works very well, very easy to use and the timer function is nice. I accidentally knocked this off the shelf from around shoulder height and it still works amazingly. Would recommend.
