Love these insoles my feet doesn't hurt anymore and the size is the size for your shoes I order 7.5 and it fits perfect for my 7.5 shoes I will be ordering more for my other shoes.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but honestly within 20 minutes of wearing I could feel the difference… improved cushion and shock absorption, nice stability, greater comfort. They did feel stiff at first, but they “warmed up” nicely and felt great. These insoles added new life to my Pickleball shoes. My original insoles were literally razor thin, cheap, and ineffective. These Protalus Elite T-100 insoles are truly a game changer.I wear a 9.5 wide men’s shoe size and the 9.5 insole fit perfectly. I’ll update my review in a few months to comment on durability.

This is my third and best set of Protalus inserts, all the same model. I used the first in a pair of boat shoes that had no support. The second, a few years later, went into a pair of hiking shoes. This pair was ordered to improve arch support in a pair of Hoka’s I bought because of severe plantar fasciitis. The model has been improved and provides better arch support more comfortably.

I couldn’t afford orthotics. My foot doctor said she had just seen them at some convention and recommended I try them.Took about a week to get used to them, but after that my feet felt so much better.I have 2 sets. One for boots the others are for sneakers.

These insoles do a good job of providing the support they advertise, but they do squeak with every step. I only wear them running, but that could get very annoying in everyday settings.

My husband is a delivery driver and originally received a pair of these through his work. He suffers from older muscular and skeletal inquires that love to flare up after long days of being on his feet, driving and lifting boxes. We just got these to replace the original ones because he liked them so much. His first day wearing the new ones he had a long day running a route "cold" (meaning he'd never run it before) and his feet & knees did not hurt the next day. He wears these with New Balance 608 and 623 cross trainer shoes and they fit great.

All orthotics that I ever order. I always take a lot of time to get used to them. Wearing them for a few minutes a day.I have worked my way up to 15 -20 minutes and it's only gotten worse. Meaning that my planter has not resolved or lightened. And I have additional pain in my left outer calf.I thought I could get used to it but it's hurting me and causing me pain while I'm biking or walking with no orthotics.I now I just wasted 70 bucks.Honestly, you just need to get custom orthotics built for you. There's no way one generic orthotic will ever work for everyone.

I'm a big guy weighting 325 and flat footed I work at a hardware store and I'm standing on concrete 9-10hrs a day I also wear a size 4E shoe these insoles are life changing for me I put it in all my shoes now its instant pain relief for me all day I'm like a new person I will definitely purchase more/again!!!
