Me & My Big Ideas Create 365 Happy Planner Big Weekly Box Punch-

I use a Big Happy Planner and this does NOT fit the box in the planner. It's a few millimetres smaller vertically. So I am VERY disappointed as it is such an expensive purchase for what it is used for. Also the paper does get stuck so sometimes you don't get a clean cut. Had they measured properly, it would have been really great and I would not be regretting this purchase. As it is, you would be better off getting a good paper trimmer.

The product was neither sharp nor sturdy enough to cut through photo paper. Given that this is its primary purpose, it turned out to be about as useful as an inflatable dartboard. This was particularly disappointing as it was not cheap. The only thing worse than the product itself was the customer service by the seller - when trying to initiate a return, I was told that because the seller was just a retailer and not the manufacturer, they would not accept any responsibility for defects and would not accept returns. I have only rated this product 1-star as Amazon does not allow me to give 0. I would advise against buying this product, but if you must, please find a different seller as this one may be the worst I've ever encountered on Amazon.

I've been wanting to get one of these for ages, so glad I have one now.
