I first got sent completely incorrect item, a toilet flush of some sort, contacted seller and they immediately sent out correct item very speedily. The bathroom fitter had problems making it fit to the long panel I also purchased from this seller, once he trimmed down the lip and put a few screws into the panels to make them align up correctly I couldn't be happier. Finishes off the bathroom nearly, just waiting for flooring tradesmen to turn up, but the panels do look good, they add the finishing touches. Just a shame about the mix up over the incorrect item arriving which delayed installation slightly. But can't complain about the swiftness of the seller rectifying the error
