Q: Any one recommend what fans I should buy if I want to add a few extra? Like the type of fans, how many, place, brand, etc?

Lian Li has some of their own fans which are pretty good. You can also go with Corsair fans. I personally have Corsair fans because that is what was in my old PC and what cam in my AIO. Really an of the good brands will do you just fine. Especially Corsair if you want RGB with their iCue system.

Q: Does this fit the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 with the GIGABYTE X670E AORUS Master motherboard?

Yes, I'm sure it will fit. I currently have a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB (6.1" H) installed and have more than 0.5" clearance; the Pro 4 is shown as 6,4" (0.3" more). Love this case!
