I don’t often leave reviews, but felt that this was deserving of one, as I was elated to find a Creatine powder that doesn’t have a taste (or aftertaste) and can simply be mixed with water. I strength train 4-5x a week and creatine helps me with fast recovery after those intense workouts so I can continue to pick up those weights without DOMS setting me back. I have noticed my resistance and strength improving over time and higher energy levels with the use of this creatine. As a smaller statured female, I watch my calorie intake while training and am not a big fan of protein shakes and drinking my calories. That said, this creatine is amazing because I can just mix it with water when on the go. The granules are fine so there’s no chalkiness when mixed. I’ve previously tried some other brands that would upset my stomach, but this one does not!

I work out 4-5 times per week to increase my muscle mass. Some times I used to have muscle pain the next day after training so hard but I would still keep going to the gym. My gymbro advised me to start using creatine monohydrate powder after my workouts and since I already use Evolution protein shakes, I tried their creatine powder. I pour around 5g into a cup of water and drink it daily after my workout. It’s been a couple of weeks since I started using it and now I experience a faster recovery after weight-lifting, making it smoother the next day when I go back to the gym feeling stronger and improving my performance during the workout.
