Seems to do what it's supposed to do
This is my first time using this type of trainer and I'm just not a fan of the style. It's not an issue with this item specifically, but I wouldn't suggest any trainer of this type to someone I know.

Helps to loosen up the golf swing
This swing trainer is another version of the more well known “Orange Whip”. I got the black men’s version which is what I bought when I purchased the orange whip. My husband took it so I tried this product’s men’s version. It also comes in pink. The grip has an attachment to train your hands into the perfect grip position. It can be removed if you don’t need it or like it. This model is heavier and stiffer than the orange whip so it gives a better workout for loosening up the golf swing when you don’t have time to “hit the range to warm up”.It fits in your golf bag so is easy to keep handy.Since the price is less than the Orange Whip is worth a try. Definitely would recommend the pink version for ladies. The black version is good for more experienced women players and guys.

Simple and Easy to Use
Been working my way back onto the golf course and got this to help. I am not sure if it will really help my swing, but it definitely helps me stretch and get loose which is a step in the right direction. Takes a little to get used to. It is very whippy, maybe super flexible is a better word to describe it.

First time user of this type of training aid. I like it a lot. I like something that gives you good feedback of your golf swing and tempo. This club has the weight near the end of the club so you can feel what your club head should be doing during a full swing. It will let you know if you are not swinging the club properly as well. An added bonus is the plastic grip shows you where to put your hands while gripping the club. Also a great strength training tool that you can put in your bag. I will be using this tool a lot.

Well made practice swing trainer with a weighted ball head.
There’s a lot to like about this swing trainer. The overall weight is maybe twice that of a normal club the grip has arrows that you line up to perfect your grip at the same time you swing. That is what probably sets this apart from other similar products. The rubber ball at the base is a good idea because metal club heads get scratched. A nice upgrade to other swing trainers it easily fits in the bag and I like using it before my round or during a break on the course. I hope that’s helpful.

Good for stretching and timing before a round of golf
Pretty good quality on the club and ball to help you get your swing timing down. I can see myself using this more for stretching the old body before heading to the first tee. The ergonomic grip is just okay but could be better if it were built into the actual grip itself.

Excellent swing training device
I find this swing training aid to be a terrific swing warm-up/stretching tool for golf. There are many videos on You-Tube touting the benefits of this and similar devices and it feels great to use and I feel stretched out with a muscle memory feel for my swing path after using it before - and sometimes during - a round. I feel it's helping with tempo, which is a key element to the swing. It comes with easily removable grip orthotics, so you can use the guided grip or your own. And it doesn't count as a club in the bag.
