This faucet is awesome! I adore it! Such elaborate styling. It's not industrial or a high arc. We had a high arc faucet for 6 months at our previous house. I gave that faucet a one star review because I can't give negative star reviews and couldn't control the temperature, and it soaked my whole galley kitchen. With this faucet, you can move the water control arm to the desired temperature, before you turn it on. OMG! Logic! I can easily get tap cold, or luke warm, or yeast warm, or dish water hot and even scalding hot. And it's only been installed for 3 days. If you select spray and shut off the water, when you turn it on again, you have spray! Logic!!The button for stream or spray is where your finger naturally rests. Logic!!! I would like to warn people with tiny sinks or kitchens: this thing is huge! 10" high and it reaches 10" out. Measure your sink. It could easily be too much faucet for you. The high arc faucet we had splattered every where, because the spout ended far above the level of the countertop. The spout on this faucet looks very high, but isn't. It only splattered when I was washing my biggest bowl, 20" circumference, and I lifted the entire bowl accidentally out of the sink. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat. Husband did not complain about installing it.

It is beautiful, the color is just what we wanted. Overall is well made but far from perfect. The pullout faucet is very difficult to get out to use, then it is just as hard to get it back in far enough to hide the black hose connection. I hope this gets better as we use it more. The "sprayer" option is average at best, it is nothing like our previous Delta faucets that would blast off food and dirt from dishes. It would get 2⭐️ if we’re not so beautiful.

I ordered the Delta Cassidy faucet in the Venetian bronze finish to match the hardware on my cabinets. It looks great and, even better, it works great. I love that it has a pull out faucet which is very useful when filling a large pot. It is very easy to clean as it cleans with a touch of your finger. The docking magnet works perfectly and it does not leak. If you are looking for a new faucet, you cannot go wrong with this faucet.

We needed to replace an aging Belle Foret facuet but needed to keep the styling that the old one had. We selected this model of Delta's Cassidy line because of the height of the faucet and the fact that it had a pull out sprayer. We had looked at other models but found that if the faucet height was too high, it ruined the overall look. Installation was a snap. It actually took longer to remove the old unit than it did to put this unit in. The parts are all well machined. I was easily able to get the faucet mounted to the sink. The supply lines are flexible plastic lines which initially I thought were going to be too short. However, the supply lines are almost too long for under my sink. It was super easy to get them installed. Presto! A whole new sink!

This faucet is awful. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this. The pull out handle does not seat into the base after about a few weeks of use. The rubber grommets which it uses to seal expand or in some way make things impossible. Once that happens, reviewers who have commented about needing a thick gauge stainless steel sink, have an especially salient point. You may damage even the most hearty of sinks trying to overcome this flaw. The pull out leaks down the flexible hosing when it's being used, and no amount of tightening can fix it. Go ahead, use your hands, add teflon tape, use a pair of pliers, invite a gorilla over, hand them the jaws of life; it is unfixable. The anti-kink guard on the flexible hose ("the weight") is ineffective at preventing kinks. This is the second unit. Our first unit was replaced by Delta for the pull-out handle not seating. We refuse to pursue a second replacement. This is a garbage product and the positive ratings blow my mind as the flaws are in the design of the unit and I can't imagine they aren't apparent to all users of it after a few weeks.

This is a great looking faucet! It has very elegant looks and is well made. Has 2 stream options and the handle comes out for extended washing. The handle took some getting used to, but works great. You leave up for cold water and move down for hot. Water is turned on using the same handle but moving outward (left, right motion). For instance if you want hot water you move the handle down and to the right. It does not come with a base so make sure to buy RP71545AR with it. If you are planning to install it directly to your sink for a flush look, no base is needed, but then I would recommend RP37490. It is a reinforcement piece that goes underneath the sink to make thinks stronger. RP37490 is NOT needed if your using RP71545AR.

I purchased this model because we have very hard water where we live, which has corroded other faucets. I am very impressed with the sturdiness and quality of this faucet, especially compared to other brands I've had. It was super easy to install, the pull out sprayer docks perfectly every time, the flow of water is awesome and the spray option is powerful. In the months since it's been installed, it has never gotten filled with mineral deposits. Highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous

The finish on this faucet is so beautiful! Its like jewellery in my kitchen. It doesn't match the other satin nickel finishes around my sink (soap dispenser and drinking faucet) so will look to try to match those up. I chose this faucet because of a poorly design window above my sink where there isn't much clearance to allow for your typical gooseneck faucet. It feels very well made, and looks much more expensive than it is. Not saying it was cheap, it wasn't but to me, worth every penny! There wasn't much choice in a faucet shorter than 11" so happy I found this.

The finish colour is amazing, the look is elegant yet rustic. Quality is excellent

We are very happy with the design and function of the faucet. We were disappointed in the condition of it, however, as it was chipped and scraped in a few places. Part of the problem was that the parts were not well protected within the manufacturer's box. Perhaps another part of the problem was that the box was simply placed in a plastic envelope for shipping by Amazon. We will have to live with the chips and scrapes because we cannot afford to wait for a replacement to be shipped.

Fantastic faucet. No issues assembling and putting the faucet in place. Gorgeous look, functional, not too high so doesn't spray everyway. Really adds a lot of character. Delivered in time as well.
