A good prebiotic mix which appears to work well. A good quality pack and easy to reseal. Mixes easily and tastes ok. Quick delivery and useful info on the pack.

Tasteless
I bought this to increase my daily fibre. Used my little hand whizzer in half pint of water and a little sugar free squash.Easy to drink and has massively improved my bloating and digestion. Been taking it for 2 weeks but noticed the difference in 2/3 days. Will continue to buy x

Great for weight loss, good for smoothies
Really love this stuff, easy to use and helps me with my weight loss journey. I mix it in my smoothie in the morning together with protein and collagen supplement, absolutely great and keeps me going most of the day. The fibre definitely is one of the most important elements of my current regime

Unflavoured? Tastes like cardboard. Even half a dose is so bad I can't mask it. Waste of money as it makes me feel sick so can't use it
