I wanted to purchase the portable AC since a while but the price here was always double the global price. Recently I saw this Wave version 1 available and the price was reasonable and still near doblubke the price of a similar product from other companies. Here is my feedback: 1. Extremely noise. The compressor seems to explode each time it starts. 2. Not reliable when operated through the app. 3. Heavy and bulky unit. 4. Each and hour it stops working and gives error 18. When you look at the manual, errors from 10 to 20 are omitted. They talk about errors from 1 to 10 and 20 to 30. 5. Power plus is even cannot be detached knowing that this is a portable unit. Conclusion is Echflow is a marketing company. I know all hundreds of YouTubers receive free units to review their products but never imaged how poor and dishonest they are. How can a 1500 watts unit last 8 hours when operated with a 1000 watts battery. This is another issue about misleading specifications. As perhaps their power stations are fine, it seems tbey completely missed the mark in their AC units and tbey have no issues doing more and more marketing to sell. I am more disappointed with their pricing strategy as they sell a 6000 BTU unit for double the price of a 24000 BTU split unit with an inverter compressor. This is weared business marketing business model.
