You will need a DVD player
Cannot get this to play on a Win10 laptop, that isnt a fault with the DVD but just the way things are going with Windows. Its not a "workout" DVD but demonstration and technical guidance of how to perform various exercises. Much of which is widely available for free on Youtube.
