Great multi vitamins with friendly bacteria. Very budget friendly for a high quality product.

Good gut bacteria for a good price
Brilliant value for money - I'd previously been using a wide range of vitamins running off what Vitl had recommended me. These have everything I need - they've especially helped settle my stomach problems. The pills are big, but they are soft so they're easy to swallow. Generally, I'm feeling much better having being taking them for 6 months now. Highly recommend to anyone with IBS, stomach or gut issues. It's also helped with my fatigue.

Highly recommend, brilliant
My sister recommended this to me as I had been on several courses of antibiotics and I was getting very constipated, something I have always had a problem with. Within the first week I was going regularly everyday and still am to this day over three months ago. It is brilliant. Yes I have noticed my pee is bright yellow and my stools are slightly on the black side but I am not complaining. One other thing I have noticed is my nails seem to be growing well, probably all the vitamins and minerals in it. I have not had any reactions to them. So in all I am totally happy with this product and will be continuing with this.

Proven Probiotics are the only vitamins I’m sticking to!
I’ve searched around and I now only buy proven products. It’s the only one I found that has the vitamins and minerals that I need and they do not go overboard when it comes to amount and makes me feel safe. I’ve had issues with products either basically not having enough of a certain a-z or not including essential a-z’s such as iron or too much that it’s given me negative physical effects. Proven, keep it up! I’m really happy I found you. I will continue to use this brand only honestly. I will edit in the future if need be, click like if helpful! edit: bought 6 more packs :)

Could cause a reaction
Not good I am 78 years old, after a week of taking them I had terrible diarrhoea for 2 days. I stopped taking them for a week. I was ok. Went back on them , the problem returned. So I have not taken anymore. Been ok since.
