Good traction (2 herniated cervical discs), material is soft and comfortable, very easy to use. The Velcro straps aren’t that great so it can become loose but that’s not enough of a reason not to buy it. Really helps my pain

I don't understand the negative reviews ,for the money you can't go wrong , having suffered with stiff neck joints and restricted rotation for some time using this has made an instant improvement in my case.

This is like a rubber ring that a child might use at the seaside or in the pool when learning to swim. The pump takes a while to inflate the neck support and the main effect was that the neck support squashed my face so that I looked like a Cabbage Patch Kid on Zoom calls. I did not notice any discernible effect on my neck pain. I used it twice and now it is gathering dust. I would not recommend it.

I have tension problems I always find my shoulders up near my ears. My neck sounds like a crunched up bag of crisps. I got for Christmas an electric neck massager and last week bought a weighted neck cape. These two items released my neck a bit. But this item is fantastic when inflated it really stops your shoulders going up. When it is under your chin you do get a bit of a hamster face quite funny. Tonight even though I have now taken in off I am still keeping my shoulders down. I would highly recommend this product if you have stressed shoulder
