Sehr guter Geschmack und ein eigentlich guter zusatz auch sofort nach dem Training. Klar muss einem sein das es gerade mal ein halbes Ei pro Portion an Aminosäuren bringt aber dafür sofort verfügbar ist. Ideal sofort nach dem aufstehen noch vor dem Frühstück wenn man soviel wert darauf legen sollte. Leider ist es nicht für jeden durch den extrem hohen Anteil an Gelatine verträglich. Besser wäre statt 25 ml pro portion 10 ml zu nehmen und einfach den großteils unnötigen trägerstoff Gelatine drastisch zu reduzieren . Ich bekomme so eine unreine Haut davon das ich es nicht mehr weiter nehmen möchte. Leider dann zu kleine Flasche, vermeindlich zu hoher Preis ,keiner kauft usw. also lieber nen halben liter nutzlosen füllstoff mehr . Schade
