Light, doesn't look like cheap plastic. 10 year warranty so it was a good deal

Expensive but worth it. Look great and work well. You get what you pay for.

The quality of the grinders is fantastic. I must have owned about a dozen salt and pepper mills over the years, and there are streets ahead of anything else. Incidentally, the salt and pepper grinders are identical apart from the S and P on the top. The grinders are the same. Why only four stars if I love them so much? Well, the colour of the plastic bodies is /slightly/ different to the supposedly matching ceramic Le Creuset items (jugs, mugs, etc). It's similar, but not identical. And I'm such a fussy bugger that I think that warrants losing a star!

Bought this to put pink Himalayan salt in. We already had another of the same type for black pepper. They are excellent quality, with a good, reliable grind and adjustable settings. Perfect size and this pink version is a lovely soft pink (colour deepens from a pinkish off-white at the top to a pale pink at the bottom). Highly recommended if you're looking for a good quality salt mill.

This item is a piece of rubbish, I think it may not be genuine ‘le Creuset’ as it did not last. It has not even been used very much as I’m not a big user of salt in general. Failed to grind in short period of time!

A lovely addition to my dining table. Every kitchen should have a pair of these condiment mills that work as well as they look.
