The Marena FlexFit Shirred Front Bra features molded cups with shirring for improved compression support following breast augmentation and other aesthetic breast procedures. The enter shirring, coupled with additional molding, allows this bra to accommodate fluctuations in size due to swelling. Features microfiber 3-row hook-and-eye front and shoulder closures that allow for full adjustability, with outward facing seams that prevent suture disturbance. The proprietary TriFlex fabric has superior stretch to prevent binding and provides moisture wicking and cooling. Machine washable. So supportive and good quality
I bought this for post surgery BA healing. My surgeon gave me one and I ordered an extra from here. If they’re good enough for my surgeon to hand out, they’re good enough to buy. I’ve been wearing them for 5 weeks now and they’re the most supportive of all my post surgery bras. There’s lots of room for adjustments as healing and swelling changes.

Comfortable
I bought these to wear after a lumpectomy and breast reduction as the MD recommended a pressure bra. The adjustable shoulder strap is a real plus. The material is soft. I bought a couple of other brands where the fabric was 'scratchy" or didn't fit according to the size guidelines. If you wear it all day the shirred fabric in the front can leave marks on the chest but it was no big deal. Took some talent to get used to the hook and eye closure but it is a good idea and makes it easy to take off. I found that the band of fabric under the breasts can press on the scars under the breast if you have some there. But I wore these all the time.
