I've had La Perruche rough-cut amber sugar cubes for many years, and they have never lost their high quality. It's wonderful seeing Amazon selling them, and very good value for two cartons!

First Class, Delicious Brown Sugar 'Cubes'.
Some people might consider these french brown sugar cubes expensive but they are pure quality and worth the extra for the noticeable improvement in taste.I struggle to find decent brown sugar in local shops and brown sugar cubes more specifically seem impossible to get hold of. I tried these out and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the box, which contains around 200 cubes. The cubes aren't always the straightest cubes in the world (the clue is in the description 'rough cut') but they're great and make a real difference from refined white sugar or cheaper brown sugar bags, especially if you're using them in decent coffee. I have these on a repeat auto order (1 box a month for me!) as I haven't found any better yet. Worth the money if you're looking for better quality, nicer tasting (and slightly healthier?) sugar.
