Definitely blocks!
Tested this by trying to call my mobile phone in the case. Definitely blocked receiving any signals.

Works. My phone seemed invisible to wifi, Bluetooth and 5G. Does its job as far as I can tell. Seems well made. The Velcro closure is easy to use. Very fast shipping.
