The compass won't open
I'm sure the compass is very nice, but I can't open it. Not sure if the hinge is broken or if I'm missing something very obvious. I would have preferred to write to the company privately, but could not find an email address. I will amend this once I can actually see the compass. I don't want to take a screwdriver to pry it open and ding up the edges. A little help please. Well, no help was provided, but I managed to pry the compass open with only one small scratch. The compass in nice and I have it open on my desk at work as a good motivator and I get a fair amount of positive comments about it. I amend my review to 4 stars. I did not get any response from the company and I had to slightly damage the item to open it.

Awesome graduation gift

It’s a gamble
Disappointed, item was obviously used. Packaging was beat up and taped shut. Inside wrapping was not originally sealed, Compass does not work, box and compass grimy and smelled moldy. Intended for a gift. Could have been perfect, but alas the condition sucked.
