Appen som krävs för full funktionalitet är inte tillgänglig i Sverige. Därför returnerade jag produkten. Den borde inte säljas i Sverige. (Det saknas också svensk dokumentation, vilket är ett lagkrav:)

This device is very compact for a proper sleeve BPM, and is just about as easy to use as a wrist device. There are no issues with changing batteries, as its rechargeable, and no fiddly tube to tangle. As well as providing your BP and pulse, it will warn of irregular heart beats. The software works perfectly on my wifes Vodafone V10 which is Android 9 but I couldn't connect the software to it on my TCL Android 11 phone though it paired, so the app may need updating. Saying that I installed a manual app BP Journal, (there are several to choose from in the google app. store) and it takes just seconds to input a reading. I have contacted A&D about the software but its not a big issue for me. I would rather have a certified accurate device than a toy that will connect to my phone. The monitor was meant for my wife who has a longstanding heart condition (her readings tally with the hospitals), but it may have saved my life as it is informing me that I have Stage 1 hypertension, so I'm now off to see the G.P. to ge it confirmed. Ce la vie.

I like the product's convenience - it's easy to pack and I like not having a tube from cuff to monitor. However, I find the cuff awkward because it is too large; it fits comfortably on my thigh! The problem is that there is so much of the cuff not in contact with the velcro that I found it cumbersome and the excess not easily tidied; as a result, what little cuff is attached by velcro is not properly secured and has occasionally come loose while being inflated. I think most other BP cuffs have a standard size up to 32 cms whereas this has a range of 22 to 42 cms. My upper arm has a circumference of 29 cms. I'll see how I get on with it but I think I'll either have to return it or get a stick-on velcro patch for the outside of the cuff to secure the excess. (There is such a velcro patch but its position renders it rather inneffective for me.) I've seen other comments about difficulties connecting to a bluetooth device; I've not had such problems with an iPhone 13 Pro so long as it's close. Also, I've seen comments about not being able to download data but also the odd comment about some obscure way of doing it, so do some research if that's important. I don't think the instructions are very good. So 3 stars because it works but could be improved. For larger upper arms, it's probably a bargain. A year later: I've been using the device for just over a year and . . . 1. The large cuff is still cumbersome (and may be causing innaccurate readings as below). 2. The readings are innaccurate, with diastolic being typically 92 instead of surgery readings of +/- 82. 3. Even after all this time, I still don't find it easy to obtain and review the history of readings which seem often not to download to the Health app on my iPhone 13. Diagnostics and recallibrating don't seem to be anything the A&D app can do and the cost/hassle of sending it away is not worth doing. I'm going to replace it from another manufacturer. I find the cordless style really handy but that's style over substance - first and foremost, I need reliable information that I can trust. I would advise anyone who wants one of these to check it out occasionally against a known reliable comparison such as in a doctor's surgery or a cheap second monitor. Hence I have downgraded this on my experience to 1 star.

not impressed for a start the arm cuff is way to big for small arms. if you use the app and press FAQ the website is only in Chinese if you want to use it without the app the display is tiny and it soon disconnects. they don't even give you a storage bag and its not very portable also the app will not always connect or stay connected.
