Sugar syrup don’t but worst product

For many years, I have been adding fresh lemon juice and a bit of honey to my first cup of tea each morning. This habit becomes a challenge while travelling, as it is risky to carry a bottle of honey in one's suitcase! Some years ago, I discovered "Honey Twigs" as a good - though expensive - solution to my problem. This product, "Honey Straws", appeared to be a good - and slightly cheaper - alternative to Honey Twigs. The honey itself seems satisfactory, but the packaging falls short of my expectations. While Honey Twigs can easily be opened and the contents dropped into a cup of tea, this product is designed for biting into the end and sucking out the contents - it is extremely inconvenient to cut the end of a straw with a knife and drop the contents into a cup. To conclude, order Honey Straws only if you intend to suck out the contents directly from the tubes. If you want to drop the honey into a cup of tea or elsewhere, it is far better to order Honey Twigs. Of course, both Honey Straws and Honey Twigs are expensive compared to honey packed in bottles - but in both cases you are paying more for the convenience of packaging than for the honey itself.
