Had this power bank for 1 1/2+ years and it performed well. Fast charging, good looks & finishing, battery life as promised (able to charge 5000 mAh mobile 3 times fully and close to 80% 4th time. Comes with high quality USB A to USB C cable, some may think the length is small but to me it was plus point, no tangling. Now coming to equally important aspect besides quality when we buy such product - this power bank comes with 2 years warranty and more importantly, their customer support team at UCL India is great and responsive. After 1 1/2+ years of usage, I noticed my power bank had swelling at the center. I immediately contacted their customer support and their specialist (Bhumika) promptly guided me through procedure to request replacement. Had to share video of the power bank and invoice and serial number, after approval from their side, within a week I received replacement device. There were timely follow-ups from their side and they even arranged for pickup of swelled power bank. Last 2 months or so, the new power bank is working fine without issue. I went for this power bank in hope to get good product and good service, I got both, so happy.

Good charger but many times shuts off by itself even at low battery , like 30-40 %. Messes up with the charging cycles !

The product has not lived up to its standards until now. (its been just about 2 months since i brought this from Amazon) Repeatedly failed twice in a month after purchase.
