I don’t think I’d use it all in a couple of months** A: This paste will last 3 months in fridge (maybe even a little longer). The top of the paste may oxidise and turn a darker shade of brown but it's still perfectly edible and the flavour isn't impaired. You may be surprised how quickly you get through a 500g tub as there's so much this paste can be used for. I bought it for the first time a couple months ago and have had to buy another which I'm already half way through. **Q: Is this the stuff used for making Kao Mung Gai sauce?** A: Yes **Q: Is this doenjang?** A: Maybe? Very very similar similar at least. **Q: is this white miso paste?** A: It's a fermented soy bean paste.
