I have taken this supplement for approx 12 months and it is easy to take and I have not had any issues or side effects from it. I don’t know if it’s down to this supplement but my cholesterol has reduced. I plan to keep on taking it as I still need to reduce it further, but my Doctor has told me to keep doing what I am doing.

Cholesterol levels have dropped although still a bit high. No side effects suffered. I'll keep taking and re-test Cholesterol.

I have been using the product for several years now and it has been doing the job that it says. Stating alone weren't cutting it. This product gas really helped.

I guess that probiotics for cardiac health are very much a long-term thing, so there is nothing I can really say having taken one packet of these. They were easy to take and did not affect my digestion one way or another but I couldn't say there was any particular effects that I did notice.

I've been taking these for a while now but I don't see too much difference. My cholesterol levels have dropped as it states it would, but it hasn't dropped significantly. Maybe I just need to take them for a lot longer. I haven't noticed any difference anywhere else so I'm not if it's meant to or not. For the price of £18.99, I do think that is very high.
