Refurbished item did not work
I had lost my Charge 5–strap gave out and it fell off. So I thought instead of paying full price for a new one, I’ll try a refurbished one. It was 1/3 the cost and came promptly. Clean, no scuffing. Exactly as described. Except it didn’t charge.Reached out to seller. No returns, no refunds. Reached out again, more stridently. Sure you can return it. We will send you a authorization. Silence. Went through process again. Sure you can return. Wait 2 days and then use Amazon return. Of course Amazon doesn’t accept returns for third part sellers. Went back to seller. Nothing. Deafening silence. Went to Amazon to complain. Was told seller would reach out via email to send me return instructions.Pigs may fly? We shall see. So far 9 days and SIX chat interactions with seller later…. Nada. We shall see what Amazon turns up.Update. Supposedly this qualifies for Amazon a-z guarantee. Presently I’m in an absurd loop of …needing to wait 2 days.

Good so far for a Refurbished Charge 5
This does more than I thought it would. I checks your oxygen level too! For a refurbished Fitbit it looks new. I will update if I have any problems.

Was missing charger, but great otherwise
I bought a refurbished fitbit. It was missing the charger that you magnetically connect to the back of the fitbit. Thankfully, I still had the charger from my prior fitbit charge 5 that broke. I've had no issues with my new charge 5. It was in great shape; very clean and didn't have any wear signs and came very quickly. I only subtracted 1 star from my review for the missing charger.

Not recommended. Stopped working after getting wet.
Works pretty well until its wet.

Funciona perfectamente
Me encantó, funciona muy bien pero me lo enviaron con el cristal rayado y suelto en la caja ,parece usado pero bueno me trabaja muy bien ,la carga duradera ,no quise devolverlo aún así para la próxima veré comprarlo en otra tienda online
