What is the width of the top please?

Approx 67mm at the outside edge….the base is approx 56mm where it slots in to the holder and is very slightly tapered hope that’s helpful

I am not sure about that model but I ordered one and it fitted onto my original holder which is a round wall mounted one. I think they are probably standard size. I had no problem at all.
