Great For All Around Measurement!
You get what you pay for... but in this case. Much more. Looking for a decent, affordable tool for quick QC verification that my entire team could have. Several purchased... Consistent and so far durable. Only displays out one decimal for millimeter measurement, so not the best resolution. But again, for the average home owner (or in my case, quick QC check) they are performing well.

Works excellent for light use (matches the price)
This is mostly all plastic, so it’s probably best to get something more heavy-duty if you’re going to be a heavy user. I’m only using it for some occasional 3D print modeling, so between that, the case it comes with, and careful handling I suspect this will last a long time for my use case. It doesn’t feel flimsy or like it will break easily. Has all the features I want and need. Highly accurate and responsive measurements so far. I’ve noticed you can squeeze it with a little pressure when you’re measuring and it might shave off a 10th of a millimeter or so, I suspect that’s the plastic bending a tad, and perhaps that wouldn’t happen with a high end model. For the price, this thing is great.

Good for a budget caliper!
Tiny, not precise, but great for the price if you want a solid guess.

Outstanding!
This is the 8" version of what I purchased years ago (my original pair is 6"). I needed a set of calipers for an engine rebuild project. Before using it each time, I always run it all the way out and back to verify that it holds its zero. These are just as precise as my 6" pair. Packaging/case is good quality and they even threw in two extra batteries.HOT TIP: remove the battery after each use. I can't say for sure on this pair, but my other pair eats batteries when left in storage.

Perfect for measuring watches
This is great for measuring watch spring bars, crystal sizes etc. Its composite construction means that it won’t scratch surfaces and compact length is perfect. It’s not a high precision instrument, but it doesn’t need to be for this type of use. Just a simple, great measuring device, very inexpensive. If you need precision measurements this is not something you should consider.

Careful…lowest significant digits I have ever seen on an electronic measuring device
I guess I should have been more careful in reading the description. It only reads to the nearest 0.1 mm or 0.01 inch.
