I was testing this for hair & skin and glad I have this. 1Month - hair & 2x as face wash Face = use 3 spoons of mitti powder & 1 spoon sandalwood powder then add filtered water until it is slightly runny & stir well. Splash face with hot/warm water then use finger to smear on face and leave it on for 20mins. As it dries, face looks chalky & face is really stiff but it rinsed off easily & leaves skin SUPER SMOOTH like a baby - it reduces blemishes & clears skin faster but only use once a day. I did 1/4 tsp of mitti & 1/4 sandalwood powder I made too much the 1st time a little goes a long way just remember 3 parts mitti & 1 part sandalwood powder then add normal water I did not want it too thick as I have sensitive skin. Hair = I spoke to hindu girls and they say you can use it to straighten hair but must be consistent - I did 100ml coconut milk & 1/2 of mitti then mixed together surprised that the powder dissolves well in liquid. I do this as a pre poo use no bag and then shampoo my hair after 30mins. I am using it on hair as it also boosts growth but cannot use every time as it can bleach hair or make hair dry. I plan to use this before shampoo evey other month - I wash my hair weekly so have only used it 4 times & I blow dry my hair on cold air; since my hair is curly it just reduced frizz so far my Hindu friend said it takes 20 uses to see or feel difference but during this time hair can grow faster. If you want to use it as a shampoo use 3tbsp of mitti mixed with 1tbsp aloe gel & milk or ready made blend of Indian hair wash herbs & rosewater. See online on how people use coconut milk as mild shampoo & research how to make your own shampoo or hair soap & add 1tbsp of mitti powder - this is the same powder used to remove snake venom & keeps spiders out your house. This is my favourite clay cleanser for hair & skin I wish I knew of this item before.

However I feel like scratching my face whenever i put it as a mask. Probably its due to my skin type but beside that its a good product.

I didn't know what Multani Mitti / Fullers Earth was. I came across it online as part as a natural skincare video and wanted to know more about it. It is used in cosmetics and I probably had it in the form of a face mask mixed with other ingredients. This Multani Mitti from Davis Finest is a revelation to me. I saw and felt a noticeable difference on my skin after the first use! Simply mix with water and apply as a mask. About a teaspoon is enough to cover my face and neck. I only applied a thin layer the first time to make sure I wasn't sensitive to it. It dries very quickly and absorbs any impurities you may have on your skin. Rinse off with water once dry. I use a cloth or face sponge to remove any residue and gently exfoliate my skin. Although this step is optional... the product is so good it rinses off very nicely. The powder is fine (no lumpy or gritty texture). It feels like silk on my face and leaves my skin so soft. No dryness, no irritation. Just a healthy glowing skin. I would definitely highly recommend this product. Also thumbs up to the seller's customer service. They contacted me as soon as I received the product - which arrived the day following my purchase - to make sure all was in order. I notice they sell a range of natural products such as rose water and aloe vera which is worth looking into.

I really like this mask. I bought it to see what the Aztec Healing Clay will be like without having to buy that much product in one go, just to see if it was compatible with my skin or really, if it was worth it. I was very impressed. After using it, although you don’t see immediate results of clearer skin, the following days i have had fewer pimples, my face has felt more hydrated and more naturally soft and bouncy. The product comes as a fine powder to mix with water or apple cider vinegar (I initially used only apple cider vinegar but this was burning my skin, leaving it very red after, so now i use 3/4 water, 1/4 part vinegar) in a foil plastic packaging. Although packaged very well, the powder is something that is clearly not one use but there was no method for reseal on that packet, especially for something that could go bad if it came in contact with moisture. I transferred it to a separate pot and have been using it from there for my own convenience. It is quite a thick mask, but consistency can obviously vary by amount of liquid you add and the finishing point is clear to see as the entire masked would have dried and cracked on your face, turning a different shade. I think I enjoyed being able to control the thickness too, from days when i felt like my skin needed that deeper cleanse to when i just wanted a light face mask to put on before sleep. I must admit it has quite an unpleasant smell, but nothing that’s too unbearable (in my opinion)!! It’s easy to wash off; it may sometimes stain the edge of your hairline for a bit but this is naturally expected with any face mask. Other than nature of packaging for the product, I have only positive things to say about the mask itself :)

Before I wrote a review, I wanted to try the masks and I am sold. Amazing masks that clear up any acne on the face and also fade marks. I have tried many high end brands but nothing compares to these masks as they are natural and have no chemicals. It works wonders with hyper pigmentation and tan removal. I ordered orange peel, mitti powder And liquorice. Give it a try and believe me will love this product.

I bought this powder, together with the liquorice one. I'm using them mixed together on my arms rather than my face, to hopefully fade some dark spots (caused by sunbed use a few years ago!). Have only used it twice so far so it's too early to give a review on how well the product works, however I'll keep using it regularly and hope to see results! :)

Good mask, I did break out after using this but my skin is sensitive. It cleans really well and with continued use I’m hoping to see the difference
