Use bag for training , like the speed of it much faster than bag I had previously. Didn't like clips to set length of elastic chord , it kept slipping so I tied a knot at the position I needed l don't need it to be adjustable but if I did it would be a nuisance.

Excellent pickup for the price. However the resistance keep coming loose. Having to readjust either the height or the tension.Might consider a new lines if buying this. I use my old resistance band, cut it in half and attach to both end. Make a few knot for height and tension. Best bang.

Missing parts
Seems to be good quality. It is missing needle to fill bag and the carabiners to clip it to mounting screws.

Works great, except ...
This headache bag is just what I was looking for but the adjustment clips aren't strong enough to hold it in place when you really start to whale on it. Although, a simple knot in the line takes care of that.Great product for the money.

Muy buen material la pera doble
El material de la pera doble es muy buena y rebota muy bien al golpearla, sin embargo las ligas no son tan buenas, luego luego se quita la tensión, y para que rebote bien, cada 15 minutos debes modificar la tensión de las ligas. Sin embargo, la perita salió buena. Le cambiaré las ligas y quedara todo joya.7.5/10
