TPM for Every Operator (The Shopfloor Series)

I would recommend this to anyone developing a TPM program for operators. You can have them read it or make it into a training as I did. I broke this book up into 5 sessions and performed small group training sessions.

Great summary of the steps and impact of TPM on production operations. Made simple so that operators (and engineers) can understand it.
