I have been feeling unwell recently no energy,very fatigued aches and pains,poor sleep.quality.postprandial somnolence ,weight gain ,brain fog all things indicative of thyroid or blood sugar problem .Looked into various supplements to see if any had very good reviews and this one popped up.Well i have only been taking one a day wanted to see if there were any bad side effects, I havnt had any and feel much better ,much more normal and my energy has returned so I am a happy bunnie.

I have been taking this supplement daily since receiving it and must say I have noticed a difference, afternoon brain fog is not an issue and I feel more energised.

I am on my second bottle of this supplement. Having suffered with under active thyroid for over 10 years, I was despite medication, having worse symptoms, feeling tired all the time, no energy and generally a bit miserable. I did some research and found this supplement. Since taking it I have had much greater energy levels and my mood is a lot brighter my sleeping patterns have also improved a great deal.

I read all the reviews of this product and overall everyone was happy with it. They lost weight and had more energy. Well unfortunately I didn't have the same results. I haven't lost any weight, but I do seem to have a bit more energy.

This is a very good product! it is a game-changer I wish I knew it years back. The only negative aspect is that it interrupts my sleep. my TSH is fluctuating like hell and my dosage change a lot - I lost 80% of my hair and put on weight and have continuous muscle-aches! This product help in reducing symptoms and regain my metabolic rate again, i also digest better and have more energy. I no longer change the levothyroxine dosage! I love it!
