At first, I didn't think this thing worked. However, when I used it on a computer that didn't have bluetooth, I became shocked. I use it at work in my tower and it's heaven not being connected to my desk. Sound quality is crisp and clear, clients have no issue hearing me and distance does cover about 10 feet. Meaning I can make a cup of coffee and still stay connected to calls and meetings. Of course, there's no obstructions.Set up was easy. Just plugged it into my tower, didn't require permissions or anything. Then just paired my bluetooth headset and we were in business. Took less than 5 minutes. Honestly, my initial issue was using it on my laptop that had bluetooth already.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm still working on trying to make this work. It's very affordable and looks great. I would like it better if my phone would pair up. Wish me luck, I have very little patience sometimes

This USB bluetooth dongle gets the job done, and is plug and play in windows. Good for adding bluetooth to any device that is lacking, or needing to update to a newer bluetooth standard. Communication range seems to be good; keeping a solid connection to my devices easily up to 30 ft unobstructed. This dongle is a decent value at the price, although cheaper dongles can be found.

This is the second dongle I've bought that had thousands of positive reviews. After purchasing and receiving the device. I click in my recent orders and the device has 3... THREE reviews. Device does not work and will be returned like the last.

This little adapter has allowed me to hook up my bluetooth speaker set to my computer! It was extremely easy to set up (far easier than opening the computer and inserting a device into the motherboard). Works beautifull!

Bought two of these. Neither loaded the drivers. I went through every debug step I know, approximately 8 steps or so, except two. I was forced to write QGOO directly . Their only comments were "it uses windows drivers" - to which I nearly replied back" oh like I didn't read the instructions" , they then recommended turned off the onboard Bluetooth, then unplugging then re-plugging in the fob. Again " been there did that- according to suggestions on the internet, etc" . So the only way for me to get this working was to go into my MoBo BIOS and disable the On-board Bluetooth. THAT worked. Unacceptable.The typical user (of which I am not) would not know this method. Can't recommend this device.

Update. Even though I couldn't get it to work, I found it might be an issue with software Windows 11, and my MB may have caused an issue.The customer service on the other hand has been amazing. I feel badly that I couldn't get it to workSo much for easy install. I plugged it in, and I get "driver error" I've done numerous repair, including t/s in windows with the bluetooth TS but to no avail. This thing will NOT work.

I had to do several reboots before this was recognized by my netbook. I have an older Acer One Netbook with an Atom Processor, which can't do much, but I use this netbook for a music archive and before had a hard-wired plug in for speakers, but now I can stream the music wirelessly to my soundbar. Now that it's working it is really great. This is plug and play and so far the connection is very good to my soundbar, but I am under 12 feet away. Not sure what its range is. Nice!
