Fits on roller bag, fits under seat, fits your stuff
It's a great bag that has held up well. Spacious and right sized for its purpose. Laptop sleeve, key lanyard, and well placed pockets without being "over organized". The waterproof compartment is of limited value to me but might be useful in a pinch if there's something that's still wet while you're packing and just need to go. The water bottle pockets are too "flat" to securely hold a bottle larger than about 450ml.

A great bag for all
It's a great size for short trips, its simple style fits all kinds of business. It also fits right under the seat on the plane. No more rushing to board first. Love it! Great Vaule 👍

Bag is Perfect
The bag is a nice color and material with a good amount of pockets to separate the different items you’d want on a trip. It is deceptively roomy and wide. You won’t be able to fit five days worth of clothing but you can come pretty close to it. Bag holds up to some aggressive packing and travel. But perfect size to travel with and carry with you, strap is nice and strong. Only complaint is that the clips on the side of the bag are rather weak. If you’re like me and are a little rough with your luggage (I yanked too hard when getting up and a clip broke) or plan to pack as much as possible, I would invest in some stronger clips. For the price, it cannot be beat. I’d reccomend for a quick and reliable solution. Better than another $50-90.

Fits for United and Copa, has a laptop sleeve
I was looking for a tote this size with a padded laptop pocket and finally found it. It has an outside pocket, but mostly it's a large tote that allows you to fill it as you wish. It's the perfect size for a camera in a case, small handbag, a few electronics, some toiletries, and a laptop so I can be comfortable on a longer flight. The plus is that it can be folded flat when not in use. The sleeve allows you to put it over your carryon bag and walk through the airport with ease. It's about right in terms of the price of the bag including the laptop sleeve. I don't know why other totes like this left the laptop sleeve out. Just because United, Copa & other carriers have a strict size restriction doesn't mean I don't want/need my laptop. And yes, the airlines absolutely will have you put your bag in the sizer. 2 caveats - I wouldn't recommend this bag for Spirit, Allegiant, or American personal item because you are allowed a larger size than 17x10x9. On American, Allegiant, Frontier, Spirit, etc, you are allowed an 18x14x8 bag. So don't short yourself if you can avoid it. I've made a serious hobby out of flying personal item only. The other is, the clips are made out of plastic and I would prefer that they were made of metal.

Good personal item bag for flying
I've only really used it on one trip so far so I can't speak to the long-term durability, but it's the perfect size for something you can have on top of your rollaboard suitcase and then pull off to put under your seat and I liked it enough on the trip I used it on that if it fell apart I would probably just buy another. Before this i was rearranging everything to pull stuff out and put it into a sack pack before I boarded and this bag made it much easier to keep the stuff I wanted under my seat organized in it in advance.

Its really works
i CHANGED MY REVIEW FROM A 4 TO 5, WE SPENT 22 DAYS IN eUROPE AND THREE AIRPLANES, TWO LONG DISTANCE TRAIN RIDE. i HAD MY DOUBTS OF WHAT FIT, i HAD TWO BOOKS, MEDICINE, MAKEUP, THRE TSA LIIQUIDS RULE ONE CHANGE OF CLOTHING A FULL ENVELOPE OF DOCUMENTS. iT ALL FIT , NEVER AN ISSUE, i DID PUT EVERYTHING IN THE LITTLE CASES THAT ARE TSA APPROVED. iT FIT sas REGULATIONS OF FITTING UNDER THE SEAT, WITH LEG ROOM TO SPARE. i HIGHLY RECOMMENT THIS LITTLE BAG, IT WAS STURDY, iT DID THREAT A BIT AROUND THE SIDE POCKET, BUT JUST CUT IT OFF.

Great on Southwest.
I had been on the fence about this one due to its plastic clips and not being certain if it would work on Southwest, but it held up great across two airport trips and made life much easier than my previous underseat bag, which only had the main pocket and a document sleeve pocket on the front, with no trolley sleeve or sorting pockets. My suitcase's roller handle measures 14.5cm(5.7in) on the top part and 14cm (5.5in) on the extension that the trolley sleeve hangs onto, which fits snug and tight so it doesn't swing, but can still be placed and removed from the handle pretty quickly for security and plane. The bag arrived folded down but does not sag when in use which is nice, and the pockets have been nice for sorting items I might need during my flight, including the document pockets on both the front and back of the bag. The water bottle pockets on the ends are a little too tight for V8/Gatorades unless the bag is not packed too tightly, but works fine for regular soda and water bottles. The zippers run smoothly with no snags or stubborn parts. The seams look a little stretched on some sections but look like they should hold. Overall, I'm expecting this bag to hold up well for my occasional travel, but I may get some metal replacement pieces to keep on hand should the strapping plastics happen to break on the go, but that is not a high priority to me yet. Good bag, would recommend.

Just too floppy
I liked the size, the way it opened and the side water bottle pockets were ample. What I didn’t like was that it was too sided so there is no support whatsoever. There is also a pocket has that water proof lining which is kind of a sticky rubber, so since that is where I wanted to store my iPad mini, it made it difficult to get it in and out. I plan to cut that lining out so that it is easier to suit to my needs. The other thing that wasn’t ideal was that while it did fit over my luggage handle, once it slid down into position, it moved around and kind of fell off the top of my suitcase which was annoying. I ended up just holding the handle of the bag over the handle of my suitcase and that kept everything in place. I would never buy this again because other than fitting my stuff in it and it being the appropriate size for cheap airlines tight restrictions, it is not easy to use.
