is the paper acid free? I want to use it for making stamp albums

I've checked the packaging and can't see any reference to the paper being "acid-free", sorry.

Is this paper long grain or short?

A3 copier paper tends to be short grain (from a bookbinding point of view). I don't have any of this to test, but as a general rule A4 copier paper is long grain and A3 copier paper is short grain - unless specifically stated on the packet.
