This lock is super easy to install and is no more difficult to add a standard door knob. If you pair it with the bridge device that allows it to connect to the internet, you have a great remotely accessible lock. There are so many different ways to unlock it. The key fobs are great for anyone who just wants to use the fob, although you do have to hit the sweet spot on the door handle in order for it to work. The thumbprint reader is a little tricky on hitting the sweet spot for it to read your fingerprint. It also comes with key in case power runs out. I highly recommend this lock even with those relatively minor problems.

I bought this lock as a replacement for another one I had bought 2 years ago, and I am so happy I did.The item was well packed and had everything needed for installation. It took me about 5 minutes to install, and the lock works like a charm.Connecting it with the Tuya app was a piece of cake, and programming the enclosed cards, as well as registering my fingerprint.This lock is well made and works without problem with all offered unlock option.I would definitely recommend this lock to anyone who is on the lookout for a quality smart lock.

The product is nice. Seems to be well built and easy to set up. I did look at the Bluetooth gateway but there isn’t a lot of info on it. Would be nice for centralized management.

I like the way it self locks so you don't forget to lock it. And you don't have to worry about forgetting the keys inside and you can get back in. Fast and easy to use and install most definitely getting more of them for all my doors

We feel safer, if they get through my first door, this will slow them down while I get my gun.

I have had this door lock installed on my master bedroom door for a month to keep the kids out when we’re not home. The functions work well and it’s very nice looking HOWEVER, you will go broke buying batteries for this doorknob. While home, the door is on free passage mode so we only activate the lock about twice a day. It takes 4 AAA batteries and we have changed the batteries 4 times within the month last time being last night where it still read 24% battery. However the keypad was not functional and less than 24 hours of changing the batteries it currently reads at 59%. We even started experiencing to see if Energizer or Duracell batteries would last longer and the verdict is….(insert drumroll)… NEITHER!!! It doesn’t matter what batteries you use and you cannot use rechargeable batteries with this doorknob. I can’t imagine someone using it on an entry door where people are going in and out multiple times a day. We are currently searching for another doorknob to get rid of this one.

I am really empress and really happy with this, I put it on my room and I am so glad I did cause now I don't have to worry about forgetting my keys inside or anything like that plus I have the app and having the option to give a password to someone that I trust incase I need them to go in when I'm on vacation plus being able to see if someone has used a password or tried to go in while I'm not home from the app is awesome. I will be definitely buy again and recommend to family and friends.

Pros: beautiful pin pad front, lots of ways to unlock, reasonably easy to install (intuitive) despite their efforts in the instructions (see below)Cons: biggest two are the need to use screws to access batteries that are right on the face of the lock and look unsightly and after opening it once or twice, they lost the black color and now look like two stains on the front; instructions required some leaps of faith I.e. comes with 2 squared rods and no mention in installation instructions so I had to use intuition to figure it out; sticks our a lot (3-4 inches) on each side of the door and could be an issue if it’s in a narrow hallway; hard for small kids to open because the knob is pretty wide; Bluetooth seems to have limited range and doesn’t work unless in the line of sightOverall: I think it’s more of a $40-50 value, and they need to hide the screws or redesign it so there are no screws to access the batteries. I bought it for $60, and it’s okay for low visibility areas as it’s not a great decor piece.
