I love all the sound options and that I can either set it on a timer or to activate when it hears barking. After moving to an apartment, my dogs are struggling not to react to the ambient noises, so this has been a godsend

This device won’t drown out a sonic boom or my neighbors arguing in the hallways but it definitely takes the sharp edges off the street noise outside of my studio which is great for both me and my dog. It’s small, fits neatly behind a picture frame so it is truly unobtrusive. The sound level is adjustable, it has three timer settings and a bark sensor so if some unanticipated noise causes Sophie to bark it will turn on. The sounds are so nice too, I like the rainstorm and the babbling brook sounds during the day when I’m present and use the quieter of the static noise at night. So small, I could definitely take this with us when we travel. I’m super impressed. Excellent value for the money.

As another review mentions, when using the Bark Sensor, the machine will eventually turn itself off, defeating the whole purpose of the thing. It is NOT supposed to do that. Some units that are shipping are defective, and the manufacturer will replace them for you when ones that function properly are available. Otherwise, I gave it 4 stars because except for this defect, it works pretty well calming our anxious dog down. I look forward to getting one that works 100% as it should - for the money it's a pretty good little device.

Love this !!! Since using this every night, my dog is sleeping through the nights again. I think this is the only sound machine with an 8 hour playing time. I put it on the babbling brook sound so she doesn’t hear every sound at my new apartment. She was always waking up and barking. Not anymore now !!! Only disappointment is that the barking feature does nothing during the day if she starts to bark. I can live with that. The main thing is that she sleeps through the night - and therefore, so do I now !!!!

Item would not charge. It also wouldn’t turn on no matter how quick or long you held the “power” button. Would not turn on if plugged in. Tried different outlets and plugs to no avail. Would not recommend.

I know this seems silly but I have 2 very anxious dogs and they love this little sound machine. It’s the perfect size, no weird speaker noises, I can move it wherever, and it hasn’t showed any signs of breaking since purchasing and using daily for months. Worth the buy!

I would've given this 5 stars except for the fact that it doesn't come with the power adapter you need to use it, which is insane. It comes with a special USB-to-barrel-plug cable, and you have to either supply your own USB wall-wart-adapter or, I don't know, plug it into your laptop all night I guess? Considering that it has to be plugged in to work, if you don't just happen to have a power adapter laying around or have a spare USB port available where you want to use it, it's actually literally unusable out of the box. But besides that it's pretty good! It's extremely easy to use and the sounds are nice, especially the ocean and the music unique to this one, which is exactly the kind of music I already found to be very calming for my dog (soft, gentle piano music). The timer isn't especially useful to me, since I just turn it on when my dog goes into her crate at night and off the next morning, but it's easy to set, and I suppose it might be useful to others. The bark sensor is a nice feature too, although I usually just leave the sound on so my dog doesn't hear noises and start barking in the first place.

We were having issues with our older dog barking in the middle of the night- every night! We tried reducing water before bed and melatonin drops but it was still happening. She's very protective so I wondered if the barking was because she heard something outside. We bought one of these as a last attempt for a solution. I put it on the "ocean" noise setting when she goes to bed, and let it run all night. it's been 6 days and she hasn't woken us up a single night. Thanks YogaSleep!

This machine settles the animals down quickly and effectively however, I wish the bark monitor stayed in all night. 45 minutes isn't long enough at all. Things in the forest wake them at night and the dog barks.. then I have to put the monitor back on. Otherwise, it's fantastic.

I feel like this product was designed for me. Has a bark detection detection feature, has a 45 min / 90 min/ 8 hour timer , has I think about 6 different sounds , you can adjust the volume.the machine comes with a USB cord you attach the an adapter and have it plugged into the wall

Product worked fine for 4 months then it broke and nothing would turn on. Customer service of the product was good as they offered a replacement (but it would take long since the product was out of stock) or a refund. Wouldn’t buy this again

Received product but was broken (unable to turn on). Returned without issue.

I was very excited to have it, but it did not work for my dog. I have a 4-year-old Maltipoo.
