Gum used to stick the pad!!
The arch pads are good and give comfort for the arch/feet. however, the gum does not stick if used on cloth soles.....shoes have cloth on their soles and these pads don't stick well on cloth and keep falling off and everytime you wear shoes, you need to keep placing them under your feet. So, if your shoe soles are made of cloth, then this is not for you....
