How do I stop interfering with my bass player?

These wireless transmitter and receiver can operate on several different channels. Simply change the channel on either your guitar or the bass players guitar. Use a channel different from the default channel on either instrument.

Will the transmitter pair with wireless bluetooth headphones?

No it will not work with Bluetooth headphones...

Plugged in rcvr and immediately got noise. Turned on receiver and there was big pop then even more noise. Is this fixable or should we return?

I had no issues with this set, and I use them 2X weekly. Suppose you plug the TRANSMITTER into the instrument with the unit OFF and get a little noise out of your system. That is weird. The POP is from the unit coming on (much like plugging into the device and hearing a POP back into the house system. ) That is normal. If you are getting noise with both units on, you could have a jack issue on the instrument, OR the set you have needs to be returned.
