Almost 3 years old. Still running strong. ...
Bought this one year ago. Still running strong. I used it on a 530 and them moved it to my 620 when its battery started to fail. Runs much longer than a new nimh battery. I would estimate that I have run the lithium battery about 175-200 times in the last year. I have not noticed a decrease in runtime yet, but I don't keep very close track. It still runs for a long time. (Update: I timed it today, my 620 ran 2 hours 50 minutes on carpet. Battery is 1 year old)I've had 2 minor issues. I don't bother with the docking stations, I let the roombas run until they die ("beep beep beep please charge roomba'). Sometimes if the roomba dies, and is lost for a day or 2, when I plug it back in, it gets into the fast blink charging cycle. And every once in awhile the charge will fail for some reason. When this happens, I disconnect, wait a few minutes and start over. The charging circuitry inside the lithium battery works it out.The other issue is keeping the roomba running long enough to actually kill the battery. My roombas lack the 'MAX' button. With the lithuim battery, the roomba would run for awhile, then decide it was simply 'done' and stop, without fully using the battery. I'd have to restart it a a few times to get a dead battery. The solution is to hit the DOCK button, which make roomba run until it dies. I don't use the charging docks.Update: July 2016. Still going strong, Bought a second one for another Roomba. Hopefully it will be as good as the first.Update November 2017. Both batteries (2014 and 2016) still working great once or twice a week. The roombas themselves are showing their age.Update June 2018 - The 2014 battery now has noticeably less runtime than the 2016 battery. I haven't timed it, it still runs for a good amount of time, but it cuts out sooner than it used to. 4 years out of a roomba battery is outstanding. I'll buy another one of these to replace it.

Lithium Roomba Battery Replacement For iRobot Roomba 500, 600, 700, 800 Series and Scooba 450, 4400 mAH
I have not had this battery long. So far in the last month, the Roomba has performed perfectly. The battery fit was perfect. Length of time to run was same as before. I may have read on another review on this that the run time is 50 min. I do get the full 50 min, plus extra. Once the docking light comes on ( I have the 780 model), It runs sometimes for another hour, sometimes less if it happens to be near the docking station. Yesterday, It did run for over 4 hours. I had moved the docking station and somehow had covered it up and Roomba could not find it. Even though the red light was on indicating no charge, it was still running as normal. I fixed the docking station and it docked. So far, 4 hours is as long as it has run. It may have well run longer. The packing information with the battery does give you a chart to go by with regard to the battery charge and the light indicator. This chart does indicate also that the Roomba will have an extended run time even when the light is red. (Reason for the chart is because the run times are longer than the light indicators on Roomba would indicate). It is too early to tell if it will last me over a year because the battery is new. Only time will tell. I do notice also that the Roomba is now lighter in weight by a margin and also appears to run/clean better than with the old battery. It seems to have a little more get up and go than before. In all, I would definitely recommend this battery. The reviews even on the IRobot site for the standard battery are poor. I did not find any reviews that supported the Ni batteries most claiming a very short battery life. I did get free delivery on this and it was delivered to the door, this added convenience made the purchase worth the investment. My Roomba is over a year and a half old. Hope this review will help the next person researching this product.

Excellent battery. Would recommend over the yellow iRobot batteries any day.
Great alternative to the battery that came with the Roomba. Although it does not deliver quite 4x the battery life it claims, I get around 2.5 hours with thick carpet and hard floors mixed (Roomba 540).The only problem I have with this battery is when it dies, it cuts all power to the Roomba. This means, if you have the clock and schedule set, it will erase it and you will have to setup the schedule and clock again. This battery had no problem fitting in my Roomba 540 and was 100% compatible with the charger and home base. The battery said that it was compatible with the Scooba 450. It fit in the Scooba no problem, but when the tank of water was filled and the Scooba was started, the front end would lift up resulting in the Scooba stopping. This is due to the battery being about a pound lighter than the original iRobot yellow one. Would not recommend for use in Scooba 450.

So far so good
Update February 2023So far so good, battery still operates as expected. There was only one time that my roomba went funky. I just power off roomba and restarted thru the app and everything was fine. Battery wise, all is good. Will update again just in case it dies on me less than a year. But so far so good————————————Nov 2022 UpdateI bought this battery to replace the 3300mah original battery of my Roomba 985. To be honest, I was not expecting much given the disappointing experience I have had with other batteries. Before I installed the new battery, I made sure to clean my roomba inside and out, replaced necessary accessories and pressed the reset buttons to make sure I get the most out of the batteries.First testing was done after plugging in the battery and charging it overnight. It lasted for 3hrs and 10minutes before heading back to the charger. This is a surprise to me to be honest. Take note that this was ran on a hardwood floor with a couple of 8x12 carpets so kind of a mix of normal and deep vacuuming. Regardless, this is an upgrade to the original battery. As expected due to the 4400mah rating of the battery.I will come back later and update this review if ever the battery dies in a few weeks. Stay tuned. So far so good
