Very poor battery life, which makes the "brake/stop" function useless, as light will get onto battery saving mode which only lets the light flash on/off.

Terrible battery. Kinetic feature is a gimmick and will go off over any bumps in the road.

Bright and 'brake light' very cool

Too many false alarms. Uphill, bump, stop peddle - all these will trigger accelerometer. There is no way to adjust sensitivity. Just go with regular light...

I had little use out of my Cat Eye Kinetic X2 before it decided to stop charging or working all together considering how expensive it was.It's also debatable as to whether the 'kinetic' aspect of the light even works, save you're money and buy a standard back light instead.
